  • I'm so loving my @akapveganleatherco La Mesita! I couldn't be happier that I bought one for myself as a Christmas gift last year. 💜

By the way, let me know if you want a more detailed video of this. I'd love to share my thoughts about this product. 💚

  • I'm not really a fountain pen hobbyist, but when I see one that I like, I get it. Lol.

To date, I'd say this gorgeous MoonMan (Majohn) fountain pen and the TWSBI Eco are my faves. ✒️
  • Praying and manifesting through DIY desktop vision board wallpapers. 💜

I've become so fond of making desktop vision boards, because it helps me focus on and revisit my life goals ANYTIME. They remind me of the things I'm working hard for to achieve whether I'm at home or at work.

In this day and age when almost everyone gets easily distracted, things like this can help us keep ourselves on track.

It's fun; you should consider making yourself one. ;)

  • Law students, particularly those of you who have just begun studying your Civil Code, know that “laws shall take effect after fifteen days following the completion of their publication either in the Official Gazette, or in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines, unless it is otherwise provided”, pursuant to Article 2 of Republic Act No. 386, as amended by Executive Order No. 200, s. 1987.

However, in view of the technological advances of our modern time, you may agree with the opinion that there is a need to modify the ways and means of publishing new laws for them to acquire force and effect.

There is a need to consider more kinds of publication such as ONLINE publication.

This is exactly what Camiguin Lone District Representative Xavier Jesus “XJ” D. Romualdo when he authored House Bill 9269, authorizing the publication of newly-enacted laws either through the online or printed version of the Official Gazette.

Personally, I believe it’s about time to enact such a legislative measure. Gladly, Senator Grace Poe introduced the same as Senate Bill 882 in 2016. Unfortunately, as of the date, the same is still pending in the Committee on Public Information and Mass Media. Or is it, still?

Any update on this legislative measure?

Any thoughts you’d like to share on this?

Let’s talk in the comments below.
